MY FEELINGS AS READER (without prejudice to any decision which Supreme Court may take)
If equality of rights is to be respected, it is to be respected in all fields. For example, 80% of the properties in this country are owned by 20% of Indians. Will the Govt. redistribute properties, bank balances, gold, shares, Companies, and everything? Why equality only in College seats and jobs?
